Our members' data is held within an industry-strength database
on a server hosted by the same company that are entrusted with the hosting of systems
belonging to the Ministry of Defence. We have extensive auditing processes
in place to ensure that we know who has looked at any data, and when this was, as
well as a full audit trail of changes made to any data.
Our support team can only see your personal data whenever you trigger an alert.
We are very particular about who handles the forms containing your information that
are posted out to you.
You are expected to keep your personal data up-to-date at all times by logging in
to your own personal data panel from within our secure database over a secure sockets
layer (SSL) internet connection encrypted using 128 bit encryption. This is
the https part of the registration website that you access to update your information.
Once you have changed your password, your parents will never be able to access that
personal information if they have subscribed to the service on your behalf, neither
will your employer if they have subscribed to the service on your behalf.

that we are taking care of at all times.
We never sell your information on to any third party companies.
