Travel Safe-T has been designed for those of us who travel alone, either as part
of our work or during our leisure time, and is suitable for use by private individuals,
the self-employed, or employees of SMEs with the service being triggered from a
mobile phone.
Please note that this service is NOT
suitable
as a lone worker solution, even though it is similar in principal. For our lone worker solution please see the

Travel Safe-T works with the 'Amber Alert' via the member's mobile phone. This service incorporates the
standard 'Red Alert' of Business Safe-T and Personal Safe-T, but in addition offers the facility for
our members to make a call in to our support centre before embarking on a journey,
or before making that appointment with a stranger.
The members can leave as much detailed information about their journey or appointment
as they wish, along with the expected time of completion when we would be expecting
them to call in again to cancel the 'Amber Alert'. If the member doesn't don't call in when
expected to do so, our support team will try and contact the
member until the situation has been
satisfactorily resolved. We will use our discretion
to communicate with the emergency services as early as possible if the member cannot
be contacted.
The registered member is also issued with a series of keyrings bearing their name,
member id, any medical condition(s) the user wishes to be printed on the keyrings,
and the number of our support centre to call in the event of an emergency.
The idea is for the emergency services staff to call us to find out more about you,
including your in case of emergency contact (ICE) details. These keyrings
can be clipped to house keys, car keys, rucksacks, jackets, or anything else associated
with the member. If a member is not carrying any identification or is travelling
in a vehicle not registered to them, our service makes it possible for identification
of that member as quickly as possible.
Our Travel Safe-T servcie is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks
of the year. If the member decides to visit a relative in the middle of the
night they make a call to a dedicated number and are immediately
logged in to our system.
